This is a word for all those that are feeling downcast, sad, afraid and overwhelmed right now.

As I was waking up this morning I saw a woman and she was hunched. Her head was bent and she was looking to the ground, seemingly very sad and downcast. A hand reached down from heaven and a finger placed under her chin, gently tilting her head back so she was now looking up. Her face was wet with her tears and lines of worry sketched across her forehead.

As the vision unfolded, I heard Psalm 121 “My Help” by the Tabernacle Choir, being sung:

“I will lift up my eyes to the hills From whence cometh my help My help cometh from the Lord The Lord which made heaven and earth He said, He will not suffer thy foot; thy foot to be moved The Lord which keepeth thee He will not slumber nor sleep For the Lord is thy keeper The Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand Upon thy right hand For the sun shall not smite thee by day Nor the moon by night He shall preserve thy soul Even forever more”

The enemy has stollen the joy of many people in this hour, so much so that countless have felt a sudden heaviness come upon them from out of the blue. For some it’s been gradual, for some it was suddenly. Some have been saying “I don’t know why I feel so down” or “I don’t know why I feel this way”, even though there is no reason for them to feel down, sad or downcast. For some, it’s brought fear, anxiety and despair as the voice of the Lord suddenly seems so distant to them.

The culprit is the thief who has come to steal your joy. He has come to cause you to fear and torment you without reason. It’s an attack against your FAITH, for scriptures say that “Without faith, it’s impossible to please God”  (Hebrews 11:6).

I want to encourage you today to REFUSE to look down no more, nor look at the issue that has risen before you, but instead choose to LOOK TO THE HILLS! The Lord who is your source of love, joy and peace, is looking down over you. Declare “IT IS WELL!” Declare it and see the gates of heaven open before you and the SUDDENLIES of God come to overtake you. There is abundant JOY ready to be poured out over your soul that will cause your lips to rejoice and your feet to dance.

A JOYFUL SOUND is about to rise up from your belly and you shall break out in song and rejoicing, that will lift up the blanket of heaviness that came to steal your peace and joy. Then you shall sing a new song and dance a victory dance.

You have the victory for God’s love never fails.
