Many of us are accustomed to seeing those repeating number sequences (on our phones & clocks (TIME) and elsewhere. I’ve been asked about them many times and what it means.

Prophetic people in particular are most interested in them because they provide INSIGHT for the times and seasons that we are in. I also know that not every one knows what to do with them.

I’d like to provide a brief insight of my personal understanding of them and what I do with them.

Throughout the Bible we see that numbers are symbolic and very important to God. Numbers and number sequences are a Biblical means that God speaks to His people.

This is how I interpret those repeating numbers when I see them:

I go straight to my Bible and I begin to PRAY IN THE SPIRIT until I get a revelation about them from God.

I look up scripture verses corresponding to them: 11:11, 12:12, 3:33, 14.14, 12:21 etc

Some of the number sequences I already know them very well after many years of receiving them and I know what they mean to ME (not necessarily for everyone else).

Here’s one example:

3:33- REVELATION TIME

My prophetic ministry was launched after meditating on Jeremiah 33:3 for one whole year). So now when God wakes me up at 3:33am (my wake up call), which happens very often, or whenever I see this number recurring during the day, I know He’s calling me to position myself to hear from Him, to CALL TO HIM (pray). He wants to speak and reveal something to me:

Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’

3:33 is my personal “wake-up call” to go pray and seek His face. It has greatly contributed to deepening my intimacy with Him.

Godly numbers help believers interpret what God is speaking to them, PERSONALLY first, and then for other people. They also help with the understanding of TIMES & SEASONS.

Most IMPORTANTLY, we are to PRAY / INTERCEDE about what we receive from such revelations.

For us believers, revelation is primarily given for the purpose of intercession (birthing in the spirit the will of God by His Spirit in us).

An example of this is when it was REVEALED to Elijah that an abundance of rain was coming (1 Kings 18:41-42).

He released the word to Ahad then immediately he “went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees” and prayed.

The position he took was the birthing position of the women of that period.

This is exactly what we are to do with revelation… we spiritually birth it through intercession.

I pray this makes sense to some of you and it helps demystify what to do with those repeating numbers that you are seeing.

REMEMBER:

Pray and ask God what these numbers mean to you PERSONALLY.

They will mean DIFFERENTLY to each person.

It’s not a “one size fits all” kind of thing.

They might mean something else to you than it does to others.

POSTSCRIPT:

The devil is a copy-cat and wants to deceive people by giving them repeating numbers. A lot of information on the internet refers to them as ‘angel numbers’, are used in numerology and used for dreams interpretation by new agers & mediums. Don’t seek understanding from them. They will lead you into the wrong direction and into deception.
