Some of you may have been wandering about in the wilderness, lost or going round in circles. Hopelessness and despair has taken up real estate in your mind but now HOPE is knocking at your door. The Lord is making a way for you to walk across to where you can live a life of freedom and victory in Jesus Christ, for this is your inheritance.

Joshua 1-2 – “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, GET READY TO CROSS the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites.”

In a vision I saw the word “setback” hovering over the surface of a river. A strong wind blew across the river and overturned the letters, flipping them over and they fell onto the water. Immediately I heard:

Setbacks are being turned into stepping stones, grief into joy, bondage into freedom, anxiety into peace, depression into cheerfulness and frustration into acceleration. Intimidations are being conquered so you can begin to rejoice and give God the glory He deserves. Where the enemy has held you back, I’m releasing the wind of My Spirit to push you forward into your new land. You will make up for lost time. You will be renewed, transformed and be made whole again.

As you cross, keep your HOPE in God for it is like a shield that will protect you from the desert storms. It’s a beacon of light when the nights are thick and the dark clouds hinder you.

Psalm 3:3 – “But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, my glory and the One who lifts up my head”

Suddenlies, Acceleration & The Tipping Point

Watch for my suddenlies and acceleration where God’s glory begins to manifest. Where it used to take you so long to get something done, suddenly you will accomplish the task in less of the time. Where blessings have been slow in coming, suddenly you will reach that tipping point and bowls of blessings are overturned over your life. As you stand in position, I will flood you with the waters of life and cause the banks of many rivers to burst.

The drought is ending for many in this hour. As the rains come and bowls overflow, lack will be a thing of the past. Call forth your blessings! Call forth the rain!

Be expectant because the hour of overflow is eminent. Be expectant and begin to anticipate your breakthrough because suddenly you’re becoming increasing aware of who you are in Christ.

A New Sound

Recently I was waiting on the Lord and I heard a loud booming sound. I was reminded of the time when the Lord was speaking to me almost daily through ‘sounds’. The Bible tells us that in the beginning, the Spirit of the Lord was hovering over the face of the waters and then God pronounced life. Sound was required to birth forth creation (Genesis 1:1).

The sound I heard was a NEW sound, one I’d never heard of before. As I lifted my eyes up to the Lord in the spirit, I saw something that resembled a SOUND-WAVE moving very rapidly. I heard the words “bullet train”. I had a ‘knowing’ this was being generated by the blowing of the Spirit upon the earth. Then I heard the command “Ride the train!”.

I knew then that the Lord was speaking about the need to GET ON BOARD with what He is doing by His Spirit in this hour. The new move of God that is coming will be like a bullet-train. It will come swiftly and it will come suddenly. Things that are old and outdated in our lives are being revamped in this season in order that we can move in acceleration with the Spirit. The NEW SOUND I heard is the move of the Spirit that’s bringing a wind of refreshing over the lives of God’s people. The old are being made new!

2 Corinthians 5:17 – “Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”

I spoke to the Lord about this new move and He said “My Spirit is like a hurricane. You never know where it will originate from or where it will make landfall. You don’t know if the landfall will be a category 1 or a 6. You know it’s hurricane season but you don’t know what it will look like. It’s the same with My Spirit. You know that My Spirit is on the move. You know the season is approaching but you don’t know what it will really look like throughout, so you need to PREPARE. You need to be READY for I can come in a split second at a time of My choosing.”

On the day of Pentecost, the disciples were waiting in the upper room. Jesus told them that the promised Holy Spirit was coming. They didn’t know what to expect but they were obedient and they prayed and waited in anticipation and expectation. SUDDENLY, the Promise came in great power and might.

Acts 2:2 – “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

Be Expectant!

The Lord says “Are you obedient and are you expectant for my SUDDENLIES? Once more I will break the sound barriers of heaven and pour out again over My people. My Rushing Mighty Wind is coming in a way that you least expect it to and it will be a “Suddenly”.

There have been many moves of God’s Spirit over the earth but none has ever looked the same yet many think they know what His next move will look like or where it’s going to make landfall. God is not limited to time, space and people for He’s Lord over every geographical location and time.

Are you willing to risk all and say “Come in any way or form and use anyone you wish to, Lord.” If God could use a murderous Christian hater like Saul, he can use any ‘nameless’ and ‘faceless’ man and woman as He so desires. You stand and lift your hand and say ‘Lord, as You see fit, use me as you desire”.

The outpouring of God comes at a cost but I say unto you, greater is He who lives in you than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). Therefore, you can do ALL things through Christ who gives you strength. (Philippians 4:13).

The Lord is about to turn setbacks into stepping stones. Get ready to cross over!
